We collect what we need to make and deliver your poster, and nothing else. We don't sell your information.
What we collect
- When you start a poster: your email and first name, your car photos and details, the name and number for the poster, the size and look you pick, whether it's a gift, how you heard about us, and whether we may show your poster.
- When you order: the shipping name, address and phone number you give us, and what you ordered. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- When you visit the site: anonymous visit counts and the site that sent you, through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. If a link you followed carries a campaign or referral tag, we record that tag with your form so we know which links work.
- When you email us: your message and email address.
How we use it
- To make your preview and poster and check them against your photos.
- To send your preview, order updates and tracking, and to answer you.
- To follow up about your preview a few times at most. Every follow-up has a way to stop them.
- To see which of our posts and links bring visitors, and to prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run Pitboard, and only what each one needs:
- Tally (the form you fill in)
- Cloudflare (website hosting, visit counts and email forwarding)
- GitHub (running the jobs that build your preview)
- Google (image processing for your preview)
- Resend (sending our emails)
- Stripe (payments)
- Printful (printing, framing and shipping your order)
We may also share information if the law requires it. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Showing your poster
We only show your poster, on our site or social accounts, if you ticked the box that allows it. We blur number plates and never show your surname. You can change your mind any time.
How long we keep it
- Preview files expire 90 days after your preview.
- If you order, we keep your print file and order details for reprints and claims, and records for as long as tax law requires.
- You can ask us to delete your photos and details at any time, and we'll do it within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law.
Your choices
Email hello@pitboard.pro to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop our emails. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
Pitboard isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable services, limit who can see your information, and protect our accounts. No system is perfect, but we take care with what you send us.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
