These terms cover your preview and your order. By sending us photos or placing an order, you agree to them. If anything's unclear, email hello@pitboard.pro.

Who we are

Pitboard is a small business based in New Jersey, USA, that turns photos of your car into a framed race poster. "We" and "us" mean Pitboard; "you" means the person sending photos or placing an order.

Who can order

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• We ship within the United States only.
• We may turn down or cancel any order, for example if the photos can't make an accurate poster. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

Your photos

• Send photos of a car you own, or, for a gift, of a car whose owner wouldn't mind. You confirm you have the right to send us the photos.
• You let us use your photos to make, check and deliver your poster. We don't use them for anything else unless you tick the box that lets us show your poster.
• If you let us show your poster, we blur number plates and never show your surname. You can withdraw that permission any time by emailing us.

Your preview

Previews are free and watermarked. They're for you to look at and decide; please don't print or reuse them. The full, unwatermarked file is made only after you order.

What the poster shows

• Your car, redrawn from your photos inside our poster layout, with the name and number you choose.
• Carmaker badges and logos are removed. The race, circuit and date on every poster are invented. Pitboard isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any carmaker or racing series.
• We check every poster against your photos, and nothing prints until you approve it. Printed colours can look slightly different from your screen.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the US. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Any promotion or discount has its own terms, shown with the offer.

Printing and shipping

Posters are printed, framed and shipped by our print partner. Delivery dates we give are estimates; carriers can be delayed, especially in December.

Returns and refunds

See Returns & refunds. In short: if it arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it free; we can't take back a custom poster for a change of mind.

Who owns what

• Your photos stay yours.
• The poster design and layout are ours. Your poster is for you to hang, keep or give as a gift, and you're welcome to share photos of it online. Please don't resell it or reproduce the design.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
